YSUAC conducted a Student Scientific Conference in Jermuk on May 6-9. About 100 papers were opresented at this traditional conference, which later were placed in the conference proceedings.

The presented papers were discussing perspectives of development of civil engineering, the latest developments in architecture, issues related the maintenance of architectural heritage, use of new construction materials, improvement of building structures, seismically stable construction, safety of building projects, efficient use of water systems, funding of construction, banking system, and economic crisis.

The conference was participated by the delegation of Lion National Architectural Graduate School that was in Yerevan within the Armenian-French joint workshop of design works. Conference participants visited Kechut reservoir and other sightseeings in Jermuk.
