Adrian Laycock, founder of the Scottish Adrian Laycock Ltd Consulting Engineers company, Water Resource Management Engineer presented new ideas adn projects on irrigation systems at YSUAC on April 26, on examples of the projects that his company has implemented in Pakistan, Sudan, the U.S, and elsewhere.

Considering implementation of new irrigation methods in Armenia, Mr. Laycock mentioned that Armenia is a rather complicated region that needs a number of engineering skills to be put into operation.

Adrian Laycock has participated in a number of project in Armenia and is well aware of peculiarities of water resource management in this country.
