During their 8-day visit to Armenia, the students of HGSD studied historical, cultural and political motives of the Armenian Genocide. The goal of the study was to define and materialize the concept of memory using up-to-date digital track and virtual interactive depiction technologies. Within this study, together with a group of YSUAC students visited also excavation site in Areni, where researchers from the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography presented rare and well preserved materials of late Copper Age, 5-4 millenniums B.C.. Prof. Sayegh and Prof. Bechtold conducted a studio course entitled “Tracks”. | ||
